His life ended suddenly. I could not protect him or save him and have so much grief. My heart aches. It didn't have to be. They didn't stop and call the number on his collar dog tag. He gave me purpose, he was always there, we'd been through so much together. He was such a comfort and joy in our lives. Where I went, he was there. He thought he was BIG! In our hearts forever he will be, laid to rest under our big elm tree....next to The Gehl.
